A vigorous growing, large mounding shrub or small tree with silvery, blade-like leaves, quickly growing to 20’ or more. In early spring, and sometimes again in the fall, the trees are covered in puffy yellow flowers, followed by papery brown seed pods. The photo shows flower detail, while the inset shows a wall of flowers. Easy to grow in full to part sun & free-draining to clay soil. Drought tolerant. Zones 8-10. Packets contain an average of 25 seeds.
