This is an unusual species that is especially conspicuous when in flower. It makes a tightly compact shrub, and grows to about 6' tall and wide, and has sharply pointed, lance-shped leaves and highly-decorative, terminal clusters of pale yellow flowers. Deserves to be seen more often.
Grow in full sun and well-drained soil. Hardy zones 9-10 (possibly 8 with some protection).
