Featured in Charles Clarke's Book "Nepenthes Of Sumatra", as "Nepenthes species B", this newer species is quite similar to N. singalana. The 12", cylindrical lower traps are a dusky, maroon-black color. Rare.
Relatively easy to grow in intermediate to highland conditions and bright light. (Natural night temperatures average 61 degrees F.)
We ship vigorous young plants with 3-4" leafspans, in
3 1/4" pots.
