SORRY, TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE.
(Gunung Pangulubao, Sumatra 1800 M)
One of the most spectacular species!
Closely related to N. bongso, and slightly reminiscent of N. veitchii, Nepenthes ovata has fat pitchers and very broad, dark maroon peristomes, with heavy ridges and long, pronounced teeth.
Very worthwhile and relatively easy to grow in intermediate to highland conditions. (Natural night temperatures range from 63-57 degrees F.)
We ship vigorous plants with 6+" leafspans, in 6" pots.
